Compass offers a concierge no-interest loan to complete the work which is not paid back until close of escrow.  
During your home renovation, we work on a customized marketing plan and utilize Compass Coming Soon to provide market exposure BEFORE the home goes on the market; essentially allowing us to list the home twice. This allows for maximum exposure for our clients and helps us determine the market for your home even before it is listed. Once the renovation is complete, we will then list the home on the MLS.
